ABOUT

Rachel Hall has been working with people one on one, as an advocate and resource for healing since 1999.  She studied with Peter Melchior and Emmett Hutchins at The Guild for Structural Integration, in Hawaii and Colorado, and has been in private practice in Los Angeles as a Rolf Method practitioner and Coach since 2004. Rachel holds a BA in Human Development, and is trained through the Semel Institute of Neuro Science at UCLA to teach and facilitate Mindfulness.  Rachel has been trained by The Hendricks Institute and The Hakomi Insitiute to coach and guide beings towards their best and highest selves.

Rachel sees the body, the practice of mindfulness and connection as a perfectly wedded triad, there is not one without the other. Coaching people into their own mindful way of living and guiding people towards a deeper connection to themselves and others is  the highlight of Rachel’s work.

Rachel has been holding workshops, facilitating groups, and running a monthly Womens group for the last 10 years. She is a writer, a pursuer of joy, and a lover of cookies.  Rachel highest values are about deep connection to herself, others, and the natural world. Rachel lives in Southern California with her teenage daughter and her Shitzu, Iggy.
