Introductory Call - No Fee
This 20 Minute intro call is to learn a bit about achother and see if we are a good fit to work together. Book here.
Group Coaching Session $70
These session are held in a 13 week series and happen 3 times throughout the year. All Group sessions happen Via Zoom. More info here.
Coaching Introductory Session $255
This session is for new 1-on-1 clients, and lasts 90 minutes in length. All new clients must book this session. All coaching sessions meet by zoom. Book your new Client session here.
Coaching Session one on one $175
Work with Rachel 1-on-1. This session is 1 hour in length. More information about the coaching relationship here.
Rolfing New Client Session $255
This Session is in person in Office in Old town Pasadena. This session is 90 minutes and includes a thorough interview of the body history as well as hands on physical manipulation of tissue. All new clients must book the new client session. Book here.
Rolfing Session $175
