Elisha is a Rolf Structural Integration Practioner,  and a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in Classical Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda.  She is also certified in Bach Flower Essences.

Elisha has recently graduated from TensegrityU in Nevada City, CA. 

Elisha is taking clients through the 10 series of the Rolf Method Recipe at a sliding scale rate of $100-$130 please inquire for more details. Elisha Can see you in Pasadena or Monrovia office.
